We offer something for everyone at Nixa Christian Church. Our schedule on Easter Sunday is:
9:00 a.m. Traditional Worship Service

10:45 a.m. Egg Hunt for the children
11:15 a.m. MOSAIC Service
You are invited to join any or all of these experiences. There is no charge for the Brunch or Egg hunt, it is our gift to you.

Join us on Palm Sunday (28 March) for an evening of inspiring music and good food.
Our Youth will be having a soup/sandwich dinner at 5:00 p.m. to raise funds for their upcoming mission trip. The cost of the meal will be $5/adult; $2/children 3-12; Free/children 2 and under; with a maximum cost of $20 per family.
Then at 6:30 p.m. our Choir will be performing their annual Easter Cantata. This year the name of the Cantata is “Nail it to the Cross.” There is no charge for this awe-inspiring event.

Eagle Heights Worship is inviting you to an Easter Egg hunt on April 11, 2009 at 2pm ages 1-12. Thousands of eggs, prizes, money eggs, even adults can taste test some awesome desserts. For more information call 417-865-5145
Golden Avenue Baptist Church wants to invite you to an Outdoor Easter Sunrise Church Service. Service will begin at 6:45am on the east lawn of our church. Following the service the youth will serve a hot breakfast in the fellowship hall.
First Baptist Church of Forsyth will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 11, 2009 beginning at 10am. It will be at Empire Park in Forsyth. Ages birth through 10 yrs old. North Point Church will feature 3D video elements as part of its weekend Easter Celebration Services. The 3D will be viewed on the permanent 20′ x 60′ screen. This kicks off a teaching series, “Reel Time,” which discusses spiritual themes found in current blockbuster movies.

Ozarks Teen Challenge (OTC) will host a cross service at its Branson West campus on Easter Sunday, April 12. During the service, the program’s 14 students will, as a group, carry a 12-foot cross into the Ozark hills. Once they reach the peak, students will each be given two nails – one which they will nail to the cross, symbolizing the death of their old life, and the other they will keep representing their new life in Christ. >
OTC Executive Director Jake Lynch says that he looks forward to making the service an annual Easter tradition.
“After the service, we will plant the cross up in the hills and return to that same spot every year with a new cross,” said Lynch. “It will be amazing to see God move in the lives of these boys as they experience a small measure of what Christ did as he made his way to Calvary.”
The service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on OTC’s campus at 512 Purist Lane in Branson West, and the public is invited to attend. Two Fat Daddy’s of Branson West will be providing lunch immediately following the service and reservations are required. Please call the office at (417) 272-3784 for reservations or directions.
